I used chicken breast pieces:I washed it with salt and vinegar after removing excess fat layer. And finally cleaned it with lemon juice and keep it aside -For Paneer/Veggies-Boil it till tender and drain the water and the mix it with lemon juice of I lemon
Best option is blend all the above ingredients in a blender/Or those without blender,make a smooth batter using ginger-garlic paste replacing the garlic pods.
Soak the Chicken/Paneer/Veggies-with the above mix and keep it overnight.
Deep fry or grill the same.Serve it hot with Pudina Chutney or Mint Chutemey or any dip of your choice
