  1. 2 tbsp unsalted Butter
  2. 1/3 cup Shallots minced
  3. 1/2 tsp Salt
  4. 1 pound diagonally cut with ends snapped off Aspar
  5. 6 Eggs beaten
  6. 1 cup Cheese shredded

    Step 1:Heat butter in a pan, then add shallots and cook until soften while stirring occasionally.
