Ingredients

  1. 2 Cups Rice Soaked and Drained
  2. 2 Eggs , Lightly Beaten
  3. 2 Onion , Sliced
  4. 2 Carrot , Peeled and Chopped
  5. 1 Capsicum Medium Sized , Chopped
  6. 1 Cup Cabbage , Chopped
  7. 1/2 Cup Peas , Finely Chopped
  8. 3 chilies Green , Chopped
  9. 1 Teaspoon Ginger , Chopped
  10. 1 Teaspoon Garlic , Chopped
  11. 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper Powder
  12. 1 Bunch Green Onion , Chopped
  13. 2 Tablespoons Soya Sauce
  14. 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  15. Oil , frying
  16. To Taste Salt

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Boil rice in a pan add salt and cook till the rice is tender. Turn off the heat, drain well and let them cool

    Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilies, garlic and ginger. Stir it for few minutes till the onion become soften

    Combine carrot, capsicum, cabbage, peas in to the pan. Mix them well. Add boiled rice and salt in the pan. Keep cooking until all vegetables are cooked. Then add soya sauce, white pepper and lime juice. Mix thoroughly. Keep aside

    Heat 1 teaspoon oil in another pan and add beaten eggs. Fry gently so they are becomes scrambled. Turn off the heat and mix with the fried rice

    Garnish fried rice with green onion and serve hot
