Make Bhindi Kurkuri Recipe at Home.
Put the bhindi in a large bowl and gently mix all the spices as red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, mango powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well
Now add Bengal gram flour in the bowl and combined well. Keep it aside for few minutes
Heat oil in a pan over a medium flame and deep fry ladyfinger in small batches till they become golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve with chapattis
