Make Chilli Tofu Recipe at Home.

Ingredients

4-serving
  1. 1/2 Tofu Paneer Bowl / , Cubes
  2. 1 Onion , medium-sized , Sliced
  3. 1 Green Capsicum , Thinly Sliced
  4. 1 Tomato , small - sized , Diced
  5. 4 Green Chillies , Chopped
  6. 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
  8. 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  9. 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder
  10. 2 Tablespoons Green Bell Peppers
  11. 1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce
  12. 1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
  13. 2 Tablespoons Corn Flour
  14. 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
  15. as required Water
  16. Oil , for frying
  17. To Taste Salt
  18. 1 Teaspoon Sesame seeds
  19. 1 Bunch Green onion

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Heat oil in a pan, saute onion over a high heat. Add garlic-ginger paste, capsicum, bell peppers and tomato. Toss well

    Add tofu or paneer in to the mixture and Stir it. Then add soya sauce, turmeric powder, black pepper, chilli sauce and green chillies.Cook frequently for few minutes

    Add corn flour with required water to make gravy then add salt as per taste. Mix well and cook over high flame till the mixture get thickens. Add vinegar and combined well. Turn off the heat

    Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds if needed and serve hot chilli tofu with rice
