  1. 1/2 Kilo Chicken , Boneless Pieces
  2. 2 Tablespoons Garlic Paste
  3. 2 Tablespoons Ginger Paste
  4. 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  5. 1 Teaspoon Green Chilli Paste
  6. 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves , Chopped
  7. 1 Tablespoon Mint Leaves , Chopped
  8. 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  9. 1 Tablespoon Yogurt
  10. To Taste Salt
  11. Oil , for frying
  12. 1/2 Tablespoon Garam Masala Powder

Method

    Add Photo

    Take a large bowl, mix coriander leaves and mint leaves together. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, green chili paste, lime juice and yogurt and salt.Toss well to make smooth batter

    Place boneless chicken pieces in the bowl and coat the chicken with batter. Set coated chicken in refrigerator for an hour

    Heat little bit oil in a pan and grill chicken from all sides till the chicken properly cooked. Drain on an absorbent paper. Sprinkle garam masala over chicken pieces and serve hot with sauce and onion
