  1. Butter
  2. carrots beans Steamed and   French finely chopped
  3. Capsicums finely chopped
  4. Onion finely chopped
  5. Tomatoes deseeded and finely chopped
  6. Red chilli powder
  7. Garam masala
  8. Sugar
  9. Ginger chilli paste
  10. to taste Salt
  11. Paneer (cottage cheese cubes)
  12. / CilantroCurry leaves

    Take some butter and heat it on a round bottom pan. Add the chopped onions once the butter melts.

    Add capsicums, steamed French beans, carrots, de-seeded and chopped tomatoes. Saute all the vegetables for 1-2 minutes.

    Add ginger chilli paste, red chilli powder, garam masala and a little bit of sugar. Sprinkle curry leaves. Mix well. Let the mixture cook for 1-2 minutes. Don't overcook them.

    Scramble the paneer and add the pieces to the mixture. Mash the mixture a little bit.

    Turn off the flame and add salt as per taste.
