Passion Fruit Syrup

This is an easy recipie and can be stored for over a month.

  1. 13 Passion Fruit
  2. 100 Millilitres Water
  3. 3 1/2 Cups Sugar

  1. Add Photo

    Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp.

  2. Add Photo

    Blend the pulp in blender for a second.(Take care not to spoil the seed).Strain the juice and keep the first juice aside for later use.

    Add water to the pulp and blend again for a second. Strain the juice.

  4. Add Photo

    Bring to boil the second juice with sugar.No need to stir it. Let it boil and bubble. Add the first juice and boil for a minute(not more as it will spoil the flavor).

    Switch off the flame and cool it. Once cooled it can be stored in bottles.It can be refrigerated for more than a month.

  6. Add Photo

    For Juice:Mix 4-5 tbsp of syrup with 200ml of water.
