This is a favourite from my mummy's recipies. Its spicy and goes well with rice and moru kachiyathu.
Grind chilli powder, mustard seeds and garlic into a fine paste with vinegar.
Take a pressure cooker & add oil. Sautee the paste in oil to make masala.
Once tha masala is done add beef and salt.
Once the water oozes out and starts boiling check salt and vinegar. Adjust as per taste. A slight sourness would be right.
Close the pressure coooker and cook for 10 - 15 min. Once done if needed you can thicken the gravy.
