Ingredients

  1. 1/22 Kilogram chicken
  2. 4 Onion
  3. 3 tomato
  4. 3 green chilli
  5. 2 Tablespoons chilli Powder
  6. 4 Tablespoons coriander powder
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder
  8. 1 Cup Coconutgrated
  9. 1/2 Teaspoon jeera
  10. 2 onion small
  11. 1 ginger
  12. 4 garlic
  13. 4 Tablespoons oil
  14. 4 curry leaves Stalk
  15. To Taste salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add oil to a pan. Add ginger,garlic,onion,green chillies,curry leaves,chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,tomato and cook well.

    Add water and chicken. Cook well. Add salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Fry grated coconut,jeera,small onion. Make it into a paste.

  4. 4

    Add this to the cooked chicken.

    Bring this to boil. Garnish with coriander leaves.
