  1. 5 nos calamari Cleaned , cut into rings -
  2. first marination
  3. 30 gm Ginger garlic Paste -
  4. 10 ml Lemon Juice vinegar or -
  5. to taste Salt
  6. For Batter
  7. 100 gm Maida -
  8. 100 gm Corn flour -
  9. 1 Egg -
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 1 pinch Pepper Powder -
  12. Refined oil (for frying)

    Take squid rings mix with Salt and Ginger Garlic paste in a bowl.

  2. Add Photo

    After that make a thick flour batter,see the ingredients and quantity.

  3. Change

    Heat sufficient oil in a wok, dip marinated squid rings in the batter and deep-fry on medium heat, turning frequently, for two to three minutes or until crisp and golden brown in colour.

    Serving it with your favorite sauce,Tangy Tomato sauce or Garlic Mayonnaise
