It is my own dish,A Chef special Dish.croissant is a buttery, flaky, viennoiserie pastry named for its well-known crescent shape. Croissants and other viennoiserie are made of layered yeast-leavened dough.i Made this dish with seafood look like a Croissant.

Ingredients

  1. 2 * 5 Fish Fillet (Basa fish)  Thin Fillet size
  2. 30 * 40 - 2 Nos Prawn with tail
  3. to taste Salt
  4. to taste Pepper
  5. to taste Lime Juice
  6. to taste Mustard paste
  7. as required olive oil
  8. 30 gm Butter Melted
  9. 2 Lemon Juice lime full
  10. as required Salt
  11. Broccoli
  12. Baby corn
  13. Zucchini
  14. bean French
  15. Carrot

    . Then apply to the fish and prawn, and fold fish fillet with prawn. See the photograph(Croissant shape), prawn tail should come out side from fish fillet roll, it is a tight pack. Then keep it in the fridge

    After 30 minute spread the oil on the grill, put fish roll on the grill or tawa then cover with a lid, remove the lid and check after every 5 min,

  3. Blank step
    Add Photo

    20 minute later pick from the tawa, when become golden brown color.

    Served with lemon butter sauce and souted butter vegetables.
