Banana and nuts sandwich

No one wants to touch the over ripped banana, though it tastes good the dark skin is not so appealing. Thought of a best way to handle it, here is a nutritious & delicious sandwich with banana and nuts. It’s crunchy with nuts, sweet with honey and yummy with banana in it. An easy do evening snack and can also be a nutritious sandwich pack for your kid’s lunch box.

  1. 1 Banana
  2. 4 Bread Slice
  3. Honey (spread)
  4. Nuts (Cashew, Almonds and Peanuts)
  5. Butter

Method

    Spread some room temperature butter on the bread slices and toast it. Cut the slices into triangles.

    Peel off the banana skin, cut into pieces and blend it with 1/2 tablespoon of honey. Crush all the nuts.

    Apply honey on a triangle toast, sprinkle the nuts and add a layer of blended banana. On another triangle toast apply honey and sprinkle some nuts. Top this on the blended banana. Yum Yum!

    Watch your spoons while adding honey, banana also tastes sweet. You can substitute honey with jam, just to make it colourful for kids.
