Pepper Crusted Chicken

A great chicken snack with extra crunch and extra heat!

  1. 2 Chicken breast , boneless
  2. 1/4 Cup bread crumbs
  3. 1/4 Cup peppercorns fresh grounded
  4. 1 Teaspoon Salt
  5. 1 Egg White , lightly whisked
  6. 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice

    Wash the chicken well, trim off fat, if any. Make sure the breast pieces are even. If needed, slice it from the middle horizontally. Cut into smaller pieces. 2-3 inches.

    Preheat the oven to 180 C. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, pepper and salt.

    Dip the chicken pieces in egg white and roll it in pepper crumbs mixture. Place it on a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast it for 20 -25 min.

    Take it out from the oven and place on a serving platter. Melt butter in a pan, throw in a pinch of grounded pepper and lemon juice. Drizzle this lemon butter Sauce on fresh out-of-the-oven, Pepper Crusted Chicken.

    Serve it warm with some salsa on the side.
