Mango Salsa

Perfect dip for Nachos/chips, Tastes good with grilled Basa/Chicken. Easy to make and is flavorsome!

  1. 1 Mango (raw)
  2. 1 onion
  3. 2 Tablespoons Mango Juice
  4. 1 Pinch Salt
  5. 1 Pinch Pepper
  6. 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  7. 1 Sprig Coriander
  8. 1 Greenchillies

    Chop the onions, green chillies and corainder finely

    Microwave the mango on high for 2 min. (helps in getting more pulp out of the fruit) Take out the pulp in a bowl

    Mix all ingredients, blend it roughly using a hand blender. Serve Chilled.
