Spicy chicken curry

Chicken curry made with green chilly and curd.

  1. 1.25 Kilograms Chicken , cut into small pieces
  2. 3 chilly Green
  3. 1 Cup Chilly powder
  4. 1 Cup Curd
  5. 3 Teaspoons Vinegar
  6. 4 Onions Chopped
  7. 2.5 Tomatoes Chopped
  8. 3 Tablespoons Sunflower oil
  9. 1 Cup Salt
  10. 2 Tablespoons Ginger garlic paste
  11. 3 Tablespoons Chicken masala

  1. Add Photo

    Clean the chicken pieces and mix with 3 tablespoons of chilly powder, 3 teaspoons of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste. Add some salt and a small teaspoon of oil. Mix them well and keep it aside for some time.

    Fry the chopped onions in 2 tablespoons of oil and make it golden brown in colour.

    Add chopped tomatoes and fry it along with the onions. Add green chillies as well. Fry it for 5-7 minutes.

    Add chicken masala to the mix of onions and tomatoes. Mix them well for 15 minutes.

    Put the chicken to the mix. Make sure the masala mixes with chicken really well.

    Add the cup of curd to the mix. Stir it well. Add half glass of water and allow it to boil for 15 minutes.
