Rice Soup in Coconut milk

Rice soup in coconut milk with coconut chutney, onion chutney and mango pickle! This dish is quite famous during the monsoon in Kerala.

  1. 3 Cups Rice
  2. 1 and 1/2 Cups Coconut milk
  3. 3 Cups coconut Grated
  4. 50 Grams onions Small
  5. 3 Green chilli
  6. 5 Tablespoons Coconut oil
  7. Salt
  8. Chilly powder

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Boil 3 cup rice in 6 cups water. When rice is cooked properly, add coconut milk and a pinch of salt.

    In the meantime, smash the onions and green chilli. Add oil and salt.
