Gordon Ramsay's Scrambled Eggs

Insanely easy to make and will change your notion of what scrambled eggs should be like. Will also make you very popular with the opposite sex :)

Ingredients

1-serving
  1. 3 eggs
  2. 1.5 Tablespoons Butter
  3. 1 Tablespoon Creme Fraiche (I use cheese spread instead)
  4. To Taste Salt
  5. To Taste Pepper
  6. To Taste Chives

Method

    Add Photo

    Add eggs and butter in a saucepan and stir with a spatula on low heat.

    Take pan off the stove, stirring continuously all the while. This prevents overcooking. Gotta hate those spongy dry scrambled eggs.

    Put back on the heat. Never stop stirring. That's the trick

    Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you achieve a creamy consistency. Not too runny, but not dry by any means.

    Turn heat off. Stir in creme fraiche (or cheese spread), salt, pepper and chives.
