Dry Chicken Curry with onion and green bell pepper

  1. 2 Pounds chicken
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 pepper greeb
  4. 2 Tablespoons curry powder

    Marinate chicken pieces with the following curry powder mixture (cumin powder, coriander powder, fennel seed powder (mouri), mustard seed powder, black pepper powder), garlic paste and lemon juice for 3-4 hours. shallow fry (light oil) the chicken pieces until brown on both side and cooked through.

    Take out the chicken from the pan and in the same remaining oil saute sliced onions and green bell pepper (capsicum) for 4 min. Mix it with the chicken.
