A curry made with yogurt. Part of usual Kerlite lunch. Good to have with red rice.

  1. ½ Onion
  2. 3 Chilly Green
  3. ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  4. ½ Teaspoon Chilly Powder
  5. ¼ Teaspoon Fenugreek Powder
  6. ¼ Teaspoon Cummins Powder
  7. Oil
  8. Salt
  9. Mustard Seeds
  10. Curry Leaves
  11. 1 Cup Yoghurt


  1. Add Photo

    Cut onion into small pieces.

  2. Add Photo

    Make long slices of green chillies

  3. Add Photo

    Saute the mustard seeds. Add onion, green chillies and stir for while.

  4. Add Photo

    Add curry leaves, salt and all the powders. Stir until the powders mixes well.

    Add a cup of water. Cover with lid and cook till water boils. Remove from stove and wait till cools down a bit.

    Now add yogurt and stir will.
