Buffalo Chicken

Fun and easy chicken recipe for one of those laid back Sundays.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Pound Chicken breasts Boneless
  2. 1/4 Cup Milk
  3. 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  4. Sauce Buffalo
  5. Salt
  6. Butter Cooking Spray or

Method

    Preheat the oven to 375 ºF.

    Slice the chicken breasts into medium sized portions and coat it in bread crumbs by first dipping it in milk.

    Grease the baking sheet generously either with butter or cooking spray.

    Spread out the individual pieces of chicken on the baking sheet and drizzle buffalo sauce as you like over it. (I like my buffalo chicken hot, so I am never stingy with the sauce)

    Pop this into the oven and let it cook for no more than 20-22 minutes.

    Garnish and serve with bleu cheese and celery.
