Ingredients

6-serving
  1. 7 pcs Potato
  2. 9 pcs Tomatoes
  3. 2 pcs Onions
  4. 100 grams Peas
  5. 1 pc Green capsicum
  6. 1.5 - 2 inchs Ginger
  7. 8 - 10 cloves Garlic
  8. 1 - 2 Fenugreek methi leaves / kasoori spoon
  9. 1/8 cup coriander leaves
  10. 5 - 6 tbsps Butter
  11. 3 tbsps Salt approx
  12. 1 pinch Turmeric Haldi powder /
  13. 1 pinch Hing
  14. 4 tbsps Pav Masala bhaji
  15. 2 tbsps chilly red powder
  16. 1 pcs Lemon
  17. 12 pcs Pav bread bhaji
  18. 2 tsps oil

Method

120 mins
  1. Add Photo

    Gravy 1

  2. Add Photo

    Sauté finely chopped capsicum in oil add little water till it softens

  3. Add Photo

    Add finely chopped tomatoes - let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes,

    Add boiled mashed potatoes - mix it well

  5. Add Photo

    Add boiled mashed green peas and add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste - keep stirring to mix all the ingredients well

    Add 1 tbsp of red chilly powder and a pinch of turmeric powder/ haldi

  7. Add Photo

    Add a little water and a spoon of butter then after stirring once again add chopped coriander salt  and 2 tbsp of pav bhaji masala and let it boil

    Take another pan

  10. Add Photo

    Heat 3 tbsp of butter

  11. Add Photo

    Fry finely chopped onions

  12. Add Photo

    Add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 2 tbsp of pav bhaji masala, kasoori methi, a pinch of hing

  13. Add Photo

    Add some coriander (optional)

  14. Add Photo

    Squeeze 1 lemon

  15. Add Photo

    Mix both the GRAVIES AND MASH it well

  16. Add Photo

    Once it boils and thickens garnish it with coriander and onions and serve it with bread
