Ingredients

4-serving
  1. 4 Potatoes
  2. 6 Tablespoons corn Flour
  3. 1 Onion chopped
  4. 1 Tablespoon Garlic chopped
  5. 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce (dark)
  6. 1 Tablespoon Tomato sauce
  7. 1 Teaspoon Chilli Vinegar
  8. 1 Cup Sunflower oil
  9. 1/2 Teaspoon sugar
  10. 2 Tablespoons Spring onion chopped
  11. 1 Tablespoon Chilly Flakes
  12. 1 Cup Water
  13. to taste Salt
  14. 1 Tablespoon Schezwan sauce

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Boil and cut the potatoes into slices.Add salt and 5 tablespoon corn flour to the potatoes.Deep fry the potatoes and keep aside.

    Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoon of oil.Add garlic. Saute it for 30 secs and add chopped onion. Saute it and add all sauces and Schezwan sauce. Mix it well.

    Dilute 1 tablespoon of corn flour in 1 cup of water and add it to the sautéed ingredients.Add salt and sugar(to adjust the taste). Switch the flame off and add fried potatoes.Mix it nicely.Add chopped spring onion and serve it.
