  1. 1 Tomato
  2. To Taste Olive oil
  3. To Taste mint leaves , dried
  4. Pinch Paprika
  5. To Taste Nigella
  6. To Taste lime Juice
  7. To Taste lime , sliced
  8. To Taste Corainder , freshly chopped
  9. To Taste garlic , chopped
  10. To Taste Salt
  11. To Taste Pepper

    Add Photo

    Peel the tomato then chop into thick slices

    Spread some olive oil in a frying pan and fry tomato slices don't over fry.

    Then add salt, pepper, lime juice, paprika, garlic, Coriander

    When it's caramelized turn off fire
