Ingredients

  1. 1 Cup Potato , boiled
  2. 1 Cup pumkin , boiled
  3. 1 Cup carrot , boiled
  4. 1 Cup Eggplant , boiled
  5. 1 Cup Zucchini , boiled
  6. 6 eggs
  7. 1/2 Cup milk concentrate
  8. salt Pepper &
  9. Pinch Thyme , dried
  10. Pinch Cumin
  11. 1 Tablespoon Nigella
  12. 1 Teaspoon lime Juice
  13. 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  14. 6 Tablespoons Flour
  15. 1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking powder

Method

15 mins
  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Boil all vegetable let them to cool down then chop them to miduim size cubes season them with salt and pepper

    Mix eggs + milk + all flavors + salt and pepper

    Mix all together (eggs squash + flour + vegetable) softly.

    Spread some butter all over your tajin and pour the mixture in and bake in the oven on 180 degrees
