Heat the Oil in pan and add Cinnamon, cumin, Cloves and Cardamons add diced Onions and fry till changes color to pink then add turmeric powder, green chilies and ginger garlic paste. Add salt for taste and add eggs to it (Let the yellow yolk be settle). Saute the content with gentle hands and simmer the flame. Ones the egg is well cooked add coriander and Garam/chicken masala powder, finely chopped Coriander leaves and Mint leaves. Serve hot with rice or roti.
