Ingredients

  1. 3 in numbers Eggs
  2. 2 Onions big
  3. Bunch Coriander leaves
  4. 3 number chillis Green - 4
  5. Bunch Mint leaves
  6. 2 Coriander powder table spoon
  7. 1 / Masala Garamchiken powder table spoon
  8. inch Cinomon stick an
  9. 2 number Cardomoms
  10. 2 number Cloves
  11. 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  12. 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  13. 2 Oil table spoon
  14. 2 pinchs Turmeric powder
  15. Salt for taste

Method

    Add Photo

    Heat the Oil in pan and add Cinnamon, cumin, Cloves and Cardamons add diced Onions and fry till changes color to pink then add turmeric powder, green chilies and ginger garlic paste. Add salt for taste and add eggs to it (Let the yellow yolk be settle). Saute the content with gentle hands and simmer the flame. Ones the egg is well cooked add coriander and Garam/chicken masala powder, finely chopped Coriander leaves and Mint leaves. Serve hot with rice or roti.
