Don't let red velvet sauce get hard. Continue to stir on low heat.
Pop popcorn in coconut oil in a large boiler pan.
In a separate sauce pan, melt butter.
Add brown sugar and stir.
Add cocoa powder and stir
Add two drops of red food coloring
Take sauce pan off heat.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Add 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese extract
Add 1 tablespoon of agave syrup and stir.
Put popcorn on a baking sheet.
Pour red velvet mixture over popcorn.
Bake for 10 minutes
