Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 egg
  4. 2 bananas ripe
  5. 1 tsp baking soda
  6. 2 cups flour
  7. pinch salt
  8. 1/2 cup toffee chips
  9. 1/2 tsp cardamom
  10. 1 tsp apple pie spice

Cooking Instructions

    Cream together butter and sugar into mixing bowl until fluffy. Add in the egg.

    Using two ripe bananas, I mashed them up with baking soda.

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the apple pie spice, cardamon and a salt.

    Then add the dry ingredients slowly until well mixed.

  5. 5

    Stir in the toffee chips.

  6. 6

    Drop in dollops onto a parchment paper or foil-lined baking sheet.

    Bake for 11-13 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

    Cool completely on a wire rack.
