Ingredients

2-serving
  1. 500 Grams Beef , chopped / cubed
  2. 250 Grams Pasta
  3. 2 Cloves Garlic , crushed
  4. 5 Red Onions
  5. 100 Grams Mushrooms , Sliced
  6. 200 Grams Tomatoes chopped / crushed
  7. 1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  8. To Taste Salt
  9. 5 Teaspoons Chilli
  10. 5 Teaspoons Turmeric
  11. 5 Teaspoons Coriander powder
  12. 1 red pepper , sliced
  13. 1 Tablespoon Curd

Method

    Add Photo

    Have the chopped/ cubed beef marinated with Chilli, Turmeric, Coriander and salt to taste with little Curd for 15 minutes. And then, fry the marinated meat and garlic for four to five minutes until browned. You should not need to use any oil.

    Add the pepper and mushrooms and stir-fry for two minutes. Stir in chopped tomatoes, ketchup and chopped red onions, and season to taste.Add some water to cook the mix, and bring to the boil and simmer for five minutes.

    When the water is drained, add in Cooked Pasta And stir until all of the water is drained off. Add mixed herbs and mint to top it. SERVE HOT.
