A Lovely 5 minute pineapple dessert....a big hit anytime!

Ingredients

  1. 1 Cup Pineapple , sliced
  2. 1 Cup Cream Milk Full , chilled
  3. 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
  4. 1/2 Pound sponge cake Marble or , sliced
  5. of 1 packet Arrowroot Biscuits ,
  6. of 1 tin condensed milk Low fat ,
  7. 2 Cups fresh cream
  8. 2 Tablespoons Pineapple crush
  9. strands saffron of ,
  10. 1/2 Cup choco chips
  11. chocolate syrup Hersheys

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    In a Bowl, layer down half a packet of marie biscuits and soak them with half a cup of pineapple juice.

    Add Photo

    In another bowl, mix milk, pineapple crush, two cups of fresh cream, saffron, and condensed milk. Mix well until smooth and spread half of it over the marie biscuits.

    Add sliced pineapples on top of the cream layer followed by layer of sliced marble cake.

    Finally spread the remaining cream layer, add layers of sliced pineapple and marble cake. Garnish with choco chips and hersheys choco syrup and Serve Chilled!
