An Indian dish of chicken in a mildly spiced curry sauce. The real deal! It has been tried and tested numerous times and is loved by everybody that has eaten it. I hope you will like it too.
Initially prepare the marination I & II
Meanwhile prepare the tomato puree and keep it aside.
Heat a pan, add the butter followed by green cardamom, mace, ginger-garlic paste, salt. Once saute,add the tomato puree and red chilli powder to it (This prepares the gravy I)
Now fry the marinated chicken (same as chicken tikka)
For the gravy II preparation, add the gravy II ingredients into the stock gravy (gravy I) and cook for a while.
Once its cooked, add the fried chicken pieces to the gravy and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Garnish it with Coriander leaves and Fresh cream.
Top it up with a slice of butter and serve hot!
