Ingredients

10-serving
  1. 1/2 Kilogram chicken breasts boneless
  2. 1/4 Teaspoon cumin
  3. 3/4 Teaspoon cardamom
  4. 1 Teaspoon chilli powder
  5. 3/4 Teaspoon coriander powder
  6. 2 cloves garlic crushed
  7. To Taste salt
  8. 5 Tablespoons Yoghurt (adjust according to sourness)
  9. 1/4 Teaspoon turmeric
  10. 1/2 Teaspoon pepper powder
  11. oil (to shallow fry)
  12. 10 kubus
  13. 2 tomato
  14. 3/4 Cucumber
  15. 1/2 cabbage
  16. 2 onion (Large)
  17. 1/2 pepper powder
  18. 1/2 capsicum
  19. 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  20. Butter paper / foil paper

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    First in bowl marinade chicken with ingredients 2 to 9. keep it for atleast 3 hours.

    Filling 1 : In a pan add very little oil and shallow fry the chicken.shred the chicken to fine pieces.

    Filling 2 : Cut the tomatoes,capsicum,onion,cabbage and cucumber (too small). Add pepper,salt and mayonnaise to it and combine well.

    Mix filling 1 and 2 together.

    Now take 1 kubus,brush some mayonnaise (or tahini sauce to enhance the taste) and add the filling to it.

    Roll the bread and wrap it with butter paper. Serve with pickled vegetables.
