Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 500 gm carrots Grated
  2. 500 ml Milk
  3. 3/4 cups Sugar
  4. 1 tbsp butter Clarified (ghee).
  5. Almond flakes
  6. 1/2 tsp cardamom Roasted powder .

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat some ghee in a pan. Add grated carrots. Stir it well. After cooking for 2 minutes, add milk and mix it well.

    Let the mixture cook for 10-15 minutes till the milk is reduced to half.

    Add half to 3/4th cup of sugar, as per taste.

    Cook till all the milk and water is dried out.

  5. 5

    Add 1/2 tsp. roasted cardamom powder and some roasted almond flakes. Keep it for cooling for 30-40 minute so that it sets nicely.
