Soft Pretzel Bites and Cheese Sauce
This dish was prepared for the subreddit, /r/52weeksofcooking, where the theme was "concession food". Give me any excuse to dip something in cheese and I will happily do it. Then definitely did the trick. It was soft, good, salty, and cheesy. Everything that is good in this world. I was definitely surprised on how soft the insides of the pretzels came out.
