Ingredients

6-serving
  1. 1 Tablespoon Seasame Toasted Oil
  2. 3 teaspoons Ginger Fresh , grated
  3. 4 teaspoons Garlic , minced
  4. 4 Cups Chicken Broth
  5. 4 Cups Water
  6. 1/4 teaspoon Fish Oil
  7. 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  8. 4 oz Mushrooms Fresh , diced
  9. 2 packages Ramen noodles , only
  10. 1/2 Cup Green Onions , chopped
  11. 1 Cup Kale , chopped
  12. 1 Cup Collard Greens
  13. 1 Cup Carrots , shredded
  14. 1/4 teaspoon Blood A **
  15. 1 teaspoon Sriracha

Method

    Add Photo

    Heat the sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat and fry until soft and fragrant (about 3 minutes).

    Add the broth, water, fish oil, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.

    Add the diced mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add the ramen noodles and simmer for an additional 3 - 4 minutes until the noodles have softened.

    Add the green onions and stir to combine.

    Remove the pot from heat and stir in the kale, greens, and carrots.

    Top with A** Blood and Sriracha to taste.
