  1. 15 Panner Cubes
  2. 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  3. 1 tablespoon corn flour
  4. 2 teaspoons coriander Powder
  5. 2 tablespoons coriander mint and
  6. 1 tablespoon Pepper powder
  7. 15 grams Butter
  8. 2 cups Oil
  9. 3 numbers Green chillies
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 2 pinchs Turmeric powder
  12. 5 - 6 numbers Curry leaves

  1. Add Photo

    Mix all purpose flour and cornflour salt to taste and coriander powder pinch of turmeric powder and make it in smooth paste form.                                         

  2. Add Photo

    Put paneer in the batter and coat them well

  3. Add Photo

    Heat oil in pan and deep fry for 3mins ensure only batter is fried but not the panner inside.

  4. Add Photo

    Drain the extra oil in tissue paper

  5. Add Photo

    Take another pan add fresh mint coriander, curry leaves, green chillies and add butter.

  6. Add Photo

    Once greens are well sautéed add panner cubes and sprinkle pepper, coriander powder on top.

    Serve hot ;)
