Crispy Fried Idly

Use Breakfast leftover Idly for the Home made Evening Easy Snack.

  1. 2 Pcs Idly -  (cut into 6 Pcs a idly)
  2. one Pinch Turmeric -
  3. 1 teaspoons Pickle Juice - (use any pickle gravy)
  4. 2 Pinchs Chilly powder -
  5. half teaspoon Ginger garlic Paste -
  6. 3 teaspoons Flour Rice Flour Refined or Rice -
  7. Water Flour - Required for a thick Batter
  8. 50 gm Bread Crumb - (for coating)
  9. to tastes Salt -
  10. Oil -for frying

  1. Add Photo

    Put  2,3,4,5 ingredients in a bowl with  idly pcs and salt and mix it well

  2. Add Photo

    Then make a semi thick flour batter and dip each pcs in this batter

  3. Add Photo

    After that make a coating with bread crumb 

  4. Add Photo

    Heat the Refined oil in a kadhai and frying until golden brown

  5. Add Photo

    Serve with Tomato,Coconut or Mint Chutney
