Chickpea Salad

One of the easiest recipes that I can think of and good for picnics or snacking at anytime
Ingredients

One small can Garbanzo beans (14 oz)

half cup corn
-
one potato
-
onion chopped for taste
-
coriander for garnish
-
to taste salt
-
to taste pepper
-
to taste red chilli flakes
-
2 tablespoons lemon juice
-
1 green chilli
Cooking Instructions

Boil the corn and beans for ten minutes or until soft as per your liking and keep aside

Boil potato, peal and chop into small chunks and keep aside

Chop coriander for garnish

Chop green chilli and keep aside

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and garnish with coriander
-

You can serve hot or keep in fridge for an hour and serve cold

Flavor and spices can be modified as per taste
