Ingredients

  1. Potato
  2. Water Chilled
  3. Oil
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Zip pouch or any plastic pouch

Method

    Slice the potatoes using a slicer and pour them in ice cold water for about 10 mins.

    Heat water in a pot and put a sieve on it

    Place the French fries on the sieve, cover them and let it cook for 2 mins.

    Put the steamed potatoes on cloth to dry them up and dab them with the cloth to dry out the potatoes.

    Once dried, fill them in a zip pouch and let it refrigerate for 15 mins.

    Heat oil and deep fry the frozen potatoes.

    Take them out on a kitchen town to remove the excess oil.

    Sprinkle some salt and pepper when they are hot and mix them well with light hands.
