A simple yet delicious condiment, is a must have dip for almost all Indian snacks
Heat oil in a pan, add the shallots and dry red chillies and saute them very well.
Add some jaggery, tamarind pulp, curry leaves and adjust the salt.
Blend it well by adding some water and serve it with snacks.
I always prefer having it with hot boiled tapioca (kappa puzhungiyathu)..do try!
