A mouthwatering, tasty and an authentic green curry!!
Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients listed under marination and keep it aside for 2 hours.
Heat some oil in a pan, add to it turmeric powder, green chillies (25 of them, you can add it according to your spiciness), salt and saute them well.
Add the chicken pieces followed by coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala and some water. Adjust the salt & cook it on low flame.
Once cooked, serve it hot and garnish it with coriander leaves and spring onions (optional).
