Caprese Chicken with Bacon

Caprese Chicken with Bacon

This dish is the first part of a dish prepared for the subreddit, /r/52weeksofcooking, where the theme was "Bacon". While It gets kind of annoying that lately everything is covered or wrapped in bacon, I decided to make something that I have never made before. Plus I love caprese salad. Bacon, Meat, and cheese, you be the judge on how horrible this could go. Times up! Delicious. Even for chicken.

  4. 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
