Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup Coffee powder
  2. 100 % 2.5 cups vodka proof
  3. 3.5 cups Sugar
  4. 2.25 cups Water
  5. 1/2 cup vanilla extract Natural

  1. Boil the water and add in the sugar in parts all the while stirring.

  2. Once all the sugar is dissolved add the coffee powder and stir

  3. Remove from heat and let it cool

  4. Once the mixture is cool, strain through a sieve to remove any coffee dregs

  5. Now stir in the vodka and vanilla essence

  6. Bottle and let it age for 30 days for the best taste

  7. This can be stored at room temperature for upto 2 months
