Easy Tomato Curry



  1. 2 Tomato big -
  2. 1 tspn Red chilli powder -
  3. 1/4 tspn Turmeric powders -
  4. 2 1/2 tspns Coriander Powder -
  5. 1 cup Coconut milk -
  6. 1/4 tspn Mustard seeds -
  7. Curry leaves
  8. Coconut Oil
  9. Salt

    Cook tomatoes by adding salt and little water till they become soft and very mushy.

    Heat 2 tspn oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Add curry leaves.Then simmer the flame to lowest and add the masala powders.Quickly roast them before they get burned.Then add cooked tomato.Mix well.

    Finally add thick coconut milk and enough salt.Don't let the curry boil after adding coconut milk.Wait for few seconds and remove from flame.Serve with chapathis...

    Notes:Always keep the masala powders ready before you start cooking.Because as we are adding the powders directly to the oil,they tend to burn quickly.
