Fried Tomato Masala
Ingredients

2 Tomato - medium cut into rings

1/4 tspn Mustard seeds -

1 Onion - medium - cut into thin slices

1 tspn Ginger-garlic crushed -

1 Green chilli - sliced

1/2 to 1 tspns Red chilli powder -

1/2 tspn Coriander powder -

1/4 tspn Turmeric powder -

1 tspn Garam masala -

1 Tomato tomato small puree -of

1 tspn Tomato sauce -

1 tspn Soy sauce -
Cooking Instructions

Heat little oil in a wide pan.Fry the tomato rings till they are light brown on both sides.Transfer to another plate.

Now in the same pan add little more oil and splutter mustard seeds.Add ginger garlic and green chillies.

Saute till the raw smell goes.Now add onion and saute till they become light brown.Now add the spices and let them get roasted lightly.

Now add in the tomato puree and saute till the oil starts to appear.Add tomato sauce and soy sauce.Mix everything well and add curry leaves also.

Cover and cook for 2-3 mints in low flame.

Finally,place the fried tomato rings in the serving plate and place the masala all over them.Garnish with curry leaves and enjoy with chapathi or kerala parotta
