Paneer Dum Masala

200 gms Paneer - cut into medium / small sized cubes

2 Onion - sliced thinely

1 tspn Ginger - galric crushed -

2 Green chilli - sliced

1 Tomato big - chopped

1/2 tspn Paprika red chilli / Kashmiri -

2 tspns Coriander powder -

1/3 tspn Turmeric powder -

1/4 tspn Cumin powder -

1 2 tspns Garam Masala - q /

Heat oil in a pan.Saute the onions till they are light brown.Add crushed ginger and garlic.Saute till

The raw smell goes and the onions become golden brown.Add tomatoes and green chilli.Saute well and let the tomatoes become soft and mushy.

Add the powders and saute till they are roasted well.Now add curd,paneer pieces abd sprinkle enough salt.

Add 1/2 cup water.Add chopped fresh coriander leaves.Now cover the pan with a tight lid.On the top of the lid place some highy pan or any object.

Simmer the flame to lowest and let it cook for 15 mints.Switch off the flame and let it sit for another 10 mints.Paneer dum masala is ready to serve.
