Beef Pepper chops



  1. 1/2 kg Meat - (beef/mutton chopped to cubes)
  2. 1 Ginger-garlic paste - tblspn
  3. 1 Pepper powder - tblspn
  4. 1 tspn chilly Kashmiri powder -
  5. 1/2 tspn Turmeric powder -
  6. 2 , 5 , 1 masala cardamom cinnamon Salt small Whole - - cloves4 - - piece
  7. 1 Onion big - sliced
  8. Oil

  1. Add Photo

    Cook the ingredients listed under no.1 in a pressure cooker by adding enough water for about 3-4 whistles or until the beef is fully cooked.If there is excess gravy in the cooker continue to cook without lid till the gravy fries up

    Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions and saute well till they turn golden brown.Then transfer the onions to a bowl.

    In the same pan add the meat pieces(without gravy) and saute continuously till they become dry.(appx. for 3-4 mints.) Then add the fried onions (keep some for garnishing) and the gravy of the meat and saute again till everything dries up
