Garam masala Whole ,(cinnamon- a small piece,cloves-4-5,cardamom-2)
1 Onion big – sliced finely
5 - 6 chillies ( powdered finely ) Dry Red -
1 tspn Ginger -
1 tspn Garlic -
2 Green chillies - sliced
1/4 tspn Garam masala powder -
1/4 tspn Pepper powder -
1 Lemon juice - tblspn
Pressure cook No.1 ingredients without adding water till beef is done.(Cooking time varies depending on the meat and the pressure cooker)
Open the cooker and cook till all the water (that has oozed out from the meat) evapourates.
Heat oil in a pan and add onions.Saute well till they turn golden brown.Then add ginger,garlic and green chillies and saute till the raw smell goes.
Add powdered dry chilly and saute well.Then add cooked beef to the pan and stir well continuously for 1-2 mints.Then add pepper powder and garam masala and mix well.Add lemon juice,curry leaves and sprinkle enough salt.
Mix everything well.Cover and cook in lowest flame for 10 mints.Remove from fire.
