Ingredients

4-serving
  1. 1 Romaine lettuce cos
  2. 4 tbsps Olive oil
  3. 2 tbsps Lemon juice
  4. Salt pepper &
  5. 2 nos Egg , boiled
  6. 30 gm Parmesan cheese
  7. 3 White bread , thick - cut slices
  8. 4 tbsps Olive oil
  9. 1 Garlic ,  crushed

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Cut the bread in to small cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and cook for 1minute. Add the bread cubes and cook for 2minutes until crispy. Lift out and drain.

    Tear the lettuce leaves in to bite-sized pieces and put them in to a salad bowl. Whisk the olive oil lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and toss with the leaves.

    Cut the boiled eggs in to quarters and add to the salad. Add bread and Parmesan cheese and toss gently. Serve at once.
