Pizza Dough

Pizza Dough

This was part of a dish prepared for the subreddit, /r/52weeksofcooking, where the theme was "pizza". Since this is just an part of the whole picture, there is not much to say about it. Also, it is a very basic recipe but it is my go to pizza dough recipe. I suggest experimenting with different types of flour and wet ingredients. I have used V8 and tomato sauce with this recipe with great results

  1. 1 Tablespoon White Sugar
  2. 2 1/4 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  3. 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  4. 2 - 4 Cloves Garlic
  5. 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  6. 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  7. 2 1/2 - 3 Cups Flour
